Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. The buyer pays return shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Because personalized binders (custom names, messages, or your own artwork) are made just for you, they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a mistake on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
