Our Story

We’re a family of collectors, just like you!

My husband and I found this hobby during one of the hardest seasons of our lives, while a family member was battling cancer. Opening packs together gave us something to look forward to, brought us closer as a family, and gave us some much-needed joy. It became one of our favorite ways to spend time with our kids, especially once they headed off to college. Card shows, trades, and late-night pack openings became memories we’ll always cherish.

Now that we’re empty nesters, collecting is still our great escape—and something our whole family continues to share.

LamaCo Designs started as my own little side project. I wanted binders that felt as special as the cards inside them, so I started making my own. Friends and family wanted one, then friends of friends, and before I knew it, my little hobby had grown into a business.

I’m incredibly proud of how far LamaCo has come, but my favorite part has been the people we’ve met along the way. We love hearing your stories and seeing the excitement when your binder arrives. And the photos you send us mean more than you probably realize—especially the ones of kids proudly holding their new binders, showing off their collections, or sharing those special collecting moments with their families. Those are the moments that remind us why we do this.

Every binder is laser-engraved to order, and we only offer products we’ve personally used and would trust with our own collection. If it isn’t good enough for our cards, it isn’t good enough for yours!

What started as something for our own family has grown into something we get to share with so many other collectors and families, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
